Founder
Bruce Alexander
Bruce brings over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry and is the visionary leader behind Lifestyle Property Management. Under his guidance, the company has grown to become a trusted partner for both residents and developers alike. Bruce is passionate about creating communities that feel like home, where every resident’s lifestyle is celebrated.
VP of Sales and Operations
Joel Burkhalter
Joel joined the Lifestyle Homes team in 2001 after a successful career in South Florida with a national real estate company. Returning to the mountains and family made the move both easy and enjoyable. As VP of Sales and Operations, he has helped establish and achieve the company’s mission, direction, and goals. Joel is known for his hands-on approach, playing a key role in developing, building, selling, and managing new home communities in Western North Carolina.
With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, Joel’s background spans new home community development, new and resale property sales management, and property management. He has served on numerous HOA boards and has been involved in drafting community budgets as well as Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions documents.

Keri oversees the daily operations of Lifestyle Property Management and ensures that each community we manage operates smoothly and efficiently. With over 20 years in property management and a passion for building relationships, Keri ensures that every task, from maintenance to communication, is executed flawlessly.

Ron King
As one of our Association managers, Ron uses his decades of experience to help our communities and Boards pursue their visions and goals, from vibrant social activities, strategic financial planning, to capital improvement projects. Originally from Boston, Ron moved to FL and spent 20 years honing his skills before relocating to beautiful WNC with his family in 2019.

Anna Claire is responsible for daily operations, accounts receivable, and administrative support for every community at Lifestyle Property Management. Her expertise in customer service and attention to detail ensure that each resident’s voice is heard and that their needs are met with care and attention.
